Responsible Gambling
Player safety, self-exclusion, and responsible gaming resources
DonutRain is dedicated to providing an entertaining and responsible betting environment for all community members.
Betting should always be viewed as entertainment, never as an investment or a method to resolve financial hardship.
1. Self-Exclusion & Cool-Off Periods
Players can request voluntary account cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting 24/7 support.
During self-exclusion, accounts are locked from depositing, placing bets, or receiving promotional emails.
2. Setting Sensible Limits
We encourage all players to set strict personal budgets for both cryptocurrency and DonutSMP coin wagering.
Never wager funds that you cannot afford to lose.
3. International Support Organizations
If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling addiction, please consult professional counseling resources such as Gamblers Anonymous (gamblersanonymous.org) or Gambling Therapy (gamblingtherapy.org).
